醇脫氫酶

Template:Enzyme 醇脫氫酶（Template:Lang-en，縮寫ADH， EC 1.1.1.1 Template:Wayback），是一种以NAD⁺或NADP⁺为受体、作用于供体CH-OH基团上的氧化还原酶。这种酶能催化以下两种酶促反应：

伯醇(一級醇) + NAD⁺ $\rightleftharpoons$ 醛 + NADH + H⁺

仲醇(二級醇) + NAD⁺ $\rightleftharpoons$ 酮 + NADH + H⁺

醇脱氢酶是一种锌蛋白，能作用于伯醇、仲醇和半缩醛等多种受質。这种酶氧化甲醇的能力比氧化乙醇的能力弱，可以利用這個特性解除甲醇中毒。动物细胞中的醇脱氢酶还能氧化环状化合物的二级羟基，但酵母的醇脱氢则不具有这种功能。
