== 歐拉示性數 ==
歐拉示性數可以自動計算。要使用此功能，需要在<code>{{0|}}{{!}}faces{{=}}{{0|}}</code>輸入面數、<code>{{0|}}{{!}}edges{{=}}{{0|}}</code>輸入邊數、<code>{{0|}}{{!}}vertices {{=}}{{0|}}</code>輸入頂點數來完成。請注意使用此功能時，請將三個參數都輸入數值，否則可能會出現錯誤。目前這類條目會被分入[[:Category:欧拉示性数填写不完整的形状条目]]中。

若面數、邊數或頂點數為變數，請將之以多項式表示。會自動輸出於<code><nowiki><math></math></nowiki></code>中。若希望乘號被省略，請使用<code>{{0|}}⋅{{0|}}</code>作為乘號；若希望分數顯示為<math>\frac{a}{b}</math>，請使用<code>div(a,b)</code>來表示（詳細使用方法可參考[[Template:計算結果/doc#語法]]以及[[Template:複變運算/doc#語法]]）。同時僅要在參數<code>{{0|}}{{!}}variable{{=}}{{0|}}</code>中輸入表達式中的變數即可；若變數有多個，可使用<code>{{0|}}{{!}}variable2{{=}}{{0|}}</code>、<code>{{0|}}{{!}}variable3{{=}}{{0|}}</code>來輸入；同時可以輸入<code>{{0|}}{{!}}variable_dest{{=}}{{0|}}</code>來讓模板自動生成變數說明。

== 維基數據 ==
本模板會自動根據該頁的維基數據項目自動地填入部分的欄位。如某欄位已有輸入資料，則會以輸入到模板參數的資料優先。

如同一個條目介紹了多個多面體因而有多個資訊框時，可以在參數{{para|WikidataID}}中輸入對應的維基數據項目來讓模板填入的資料是匹配的。如該多面體沒有維基數據項目，請在參數{{para|WikidataID}}填入<code>NoEntity</code>。
