截半六階四面體堆砌由[[正八面體]]和[[正三角形鑲嵌]][[堆砌 (幾何)|堆砌]]而成，其中[[正三角形鑲嵌]]在此處以[[無限面體]]的形式存在，其頂點皆位於{{link-en|極限球|Horosphere}}（雙曲三維{{link-en|極限圓|Horocycle}}）上。在這個幾何結構中，每個頂點都是六個[[正八面體]]和二個[[正三角形鑲嵌]]的公共頂點，換句話說，每個頂點周圍都環繞著六個[[正八面體]]和二個[[正三角形鑲嵌]]，頂點圖以[[六角柱]]表示。
