Pd[PdF<sub>6</sub>]是氟气与金属钯反应最稳定的产物<ref name="G&E-1152-1153" />：

也可用[[三氟化溴]]与[[二氟化钯]]反应，形成[[加合物]]Pd<sub>2</sub>F<sub>6</sub>·2BrF<sub>3</sub>，然后加热到180°C使该加合物分解得到三氟化钯：

==结构和性质==
